Terms of Service

1. Using FitLog

These terms govern your use of FitLog. You must be at least 13 years old, provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

2. Fitness and nutrition estimates

FitLog provides informational estimates and tracking tools, not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Voice, image and text analysis can misunderstand foods, portions or exercises. Review and correct results before saving, especially when the quantity or preparation method matters.

Consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions that may affect a medical condition, pregnancy, eating disorder, injury or medication.

3. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful or harmful content, interfere with other users, or use automated methods that overload or reverse engineer the service. You retain responsibility for content you submit.

4. Subscriptions and fair use

FitLog is free to use with a monthly allowance of AI logs. FitLog Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, billed through your Apple ID, that removes the monthly AI log limit. The price and billing period are shown before you buy. It renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel it in your Apple ID subscription settings.

Pro includes unlimited AI logging for personal use. To protect the service for everyone, we apply fair-use limits that normal use never reaches, and we may limit automated or abusive use.

5. Availability and changes

We work to keep FitLog available and accurate, but the service may occasionally be unavailable or change. Features may be added, changed or discontinued. We may suspend access when necessary to protect users, the service or comply with law.

6. Account termination

You may stop using FitLog or delete your account from Profile at any time. We may restrict or terminate accounts that seriously or repeatedly violate these terms, while applying any required legal process.

7. Responsibility and updates

To the extent permitted by applicable law, FitLog is provided as available without a guarantee that every estimate or result is error-free. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply. For questions, email support@fitlog.uk.

١. استخدام FitLog

تنظم هذه الشروط استخدامك لتطبيق FitLog. يجب ألا يقل عمرك عن 13 عامًا، وأن تقدم معلومات حساب صحيحة وتحافظ على سرية بيانات الدخول. أنت مسؤول عن النشاط الذي يتم من خلال حسابك.

٢. تقديرات اللياقة والتغذية

يقدم FitLog تقديرات وأدوات تتبع لأغراض معلوماتية، وليس نصيحة أو تشخيصًا أو علاجًا طبيًا. قد يخطئ تحليل الصوت أو الصور أو النص في فهم الطعام أو الكمية أو التمرين. راجع النتائج وصححها قبل الحفظ، خصوصًا عندما تكون الكمية أو طريقة التحضير مؤثرة.

استشر مختصًا صحيًا مؤهلًا قبل اتخاذ قرارات قد تؤثر في حالة طبية أو حمل أو اضطراب أكل أو إصابة أو دواء.

٣. الاستخدام المقبول

لا تُسئ استخدام الخدمة، أو تحاول الوصول دون تصريح، أو ترفع محتوى غير قانوني أو ضار، أو تعطل المستخدمين الآخرين، أو تستخدم وسائل آلية تُرهق الخدمة أو تحاول تفكيكها. تظل مسؤولًا عن المحتوى الذي تقدمه.

٤. الاشتراكات والاستخدام العادل

يمكنك استخدام FitLog مجانًا مع عدد شهري من التسجيلات بالذكاء الاصطناعي. FitLog Pro اشتراك يتجدد تلقائيًا ويُدفع من خلال حساب Apple الخاص بك، ويلغي الحد الشهري للتسجيل بالذكاء الاصطناعي. يظهر السعر ومدة الاشتراك قبل الشراء. يتجدد الاشتراك تلقائيًا ما لم تُوقف التجديد التلقائي قبل نهاية الفترة الحالية بـ 24 ساعة على الأقل، ويمكنك إدارته أو إلغاؤه من إعدادات اشتراكات Apple.

يتضمن Pro تسجيلًا غير محدود بالذكاء الاصطناعي للاستخدام الشخصي. ولحماية الخدمة للجميع، نطبق حدودًا للاستخدام العادل لا يصل إليها الاستخدام الطبيعي، وقد نقيد الاستخدام الآلي أو المسيء.

٥. توفر الخدمة وتغييرها

نعمل على إبقاء FitLog متاحًا ودقيقًا، لكن قد تتوقف الخدمة أحيانًا أو تتغير. قد نضيف ميزات أو نغيرها أو نوقفها. وقد نعلّق الوصول عند الحاجة لحماية المستخدمين أو الخدمة أو للالتزام بالقانون.

٦. إنهاء الحساب

يمكنك التوقف عن استخدام FitLog أو حذف حسابك من الملف الشخصي في أي وقت. وقد نقيد أو ننهي الحسابات التي تخالف هذه الشروط بصورة جسيمة أو متكررة، مع اتباع الإجراءات القانونية المطلوبة.

٧. المسؤولية والتحديثات

في الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون، يُقدَّم FitLog حسب توفره دون ضمان خلو كل تقدير أو نتيجة من الخطأ. ولا تحد هذه الشروط من أي حقوق لا يسمح القانون بتقييدها.

قد نحدّث هذه الشروط مع تطور الخدمة. استمرار الاستخدام بعد التحديث يعني تطبيق الشروط المعدلة. للأسئلة، راسلنا على support@fitlog.uk.
