Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

FitLog collects the account information you provide, such as your name, email address and profile photo. It may also collect fitness information you choose to enter, including age, gender, height, weight, goals, meals and workouts.

When you use voice logging, the audio is uploaded for transcription and analysis, then the temporary audio file is deleted. The resulting transcript may be saved with your log so you can review what the app understood. Meal photos and profile photos are processed or stored only when you choose to provide them.

2. How we use information

We use your information to provide nutrition estimates, workout tracking, progress views, reminders, account security, support and improvements to the service. We do not sell your personal information or use it for third-party advertising.

3. Service providers and AI

We share only what each provider needs to run FitLog, and each is bound by its own terms and privacy commitments to protect it at least as well as this policy does:

• OpenAI (AI provider) — the voice recording, text or photo of a log you choose to analyse, to transcribe and understand it. We ask for your explicit permission before the first AI log. OpenAI does not use data sent through its API to train its models. Voice recordings are deleted from our servers after transcription.

• MongoDB Atlas and Render — database and server hosting for your account and logs.

• Supabase — storage for meal and profile photos you upload.

• RevenueCat and Apple — subscription purchase and renewal status. We never see your payment card.

• Resend — sending account emails such as password resets and email confirmation.

• Sentry — crash and error reports used to fix bugs.

• USDA FoodData Central — food names are looked up to find nutrition values; no personal data is sent.

4. Sharing controls

Your fitness information is private unless you choose to create a share link or export. Anyone with a public share link may be able to view the categories and date range you selected until the link expires.

5. Retention and deletion

We keep account and fitness information while your account is active. You can delete individual meal and workout records where the app provides that control. You can permanently delete your account from Profile under Account & Privacy; this removes the account and associated fitness records, active shares and uploaded profile or meal files, except information we must retain to meet a legal obligation.

6. Security and your choices

We use access controls, encrypted transport and protected credential storage. No system is completely secure, so keep your device and sign-in credentials protected. You can edit profile information, control reminders and delete your account from the app.

You can withdraw permission for AI processing at any time in Profile → Account & Privacy → AI processing. Manual logging keeps working without it.

7. Children and changes

FitLog is not intended for children under 13. We may update this policy as the service changes and will update the effective date when we do.

١. المعلومات التي نجمعها

يجمع FitLog معلومات الحساب التي تقدمها، مثل الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني وصورة الملف الشخصي. وقد يجمع أيضًا معلومات اللياقة التي تختار إدخالها، ومنها العمر والنوع والطول والوزن والأهداف والوجبات والتمارين.

عند استخدام التسجيل الصوتي، يُرفع الصوت لتحويله إلى نص وتحليله، ثم يُحذف ملف الصوت المؤقت. قد يُحفظ النص الناتج مع السجل لتتمكن من مراجعة ما فهمه التطبيق. لا تتم معالجة أو تخزين صور الوجبات وصورة الملف الشخصي إلا عندما تختار تقديمها.

٢. كيف نستخدم المعلومات

نستخدم معلوماتك لتقديم تقديرات التغذية وتتبع التمارين وعرض التقدم وإرسال التذكيرات وتأمين الحساب ودعم الخدمة وتحسينها. لا نبيع معلوماتك الشخصية ولا نستخدمها لإعلانات أطراف خارجية.

٣. مزودو الخدمة والذكاء الاصطناعي

نشارك مع كل مزود فقط ما يحتاجه لتشغيل FitLog، ويلتزم كل منهم وفق شروطه والتزاماته بالخصوصية بحماية البيانات بمستوى لا يقل عن هذه السياسة:

• OpenAI (مزود الذكاء الاصطناعي) — التسجيل الصوتي أو النص أو الصورة الخاصة بالتسجيل الذي تختار تحليله، لتحويله لنص وفهمه. نطلب موافقتك الصريحة قبل أول تسجيل بالذكاء الاصطناعي. لا تستخدم OpenAI البيانات المرسلة عبر واجهتها البرمجية لتدريب نماذجها. تُحذف التسجيلات الصوتية من خوادمنا بعد تحويلها لنص.

• MongoDB Atlas وRender — قاعدة البيانات واستضافة الخادم لحسابك وسجلاتك.

• Supabase — تخزين صور الوجبات والملف الشخصي التي ترفعها.

• RevenueCat وApple — حالة شراء الاشتراك وتجديده. لا نطّلع أبدًا على بيانات بطاقتك.

• Resend — إرسال رسائل الحساب مثل إعادة تعيين كلمة المرور وتأكيد البريد.

• Sentry — تقارير الأعطال والأخطاء لإصلاحها.

• USDA FoodData Central — يُبحث بأسماء الأطعمة لمعرفة قيمها الغذائية، دون إرسال أي بيانات شخصية.

٤. التحكم في المشاركة

تظل بيانات لياقتك خاصة ما لم تختر إنشاء رابط مشاركة أو تصديرها. قد يستطيع أي شخص يملك رابط مشاركة عامًا رؤية الفئات والفترة التي اخترتها حتى انتهاء الرابط.

٥. الاحتفاظ والحذف

نحتفظ ببيانات الحساب واللياقة أثناء نشاط الحساب. يمكنك حذف سجلات الوجبات والتمارين الفردية عندما يتيح التطبيق ذلك. ويمكنك حذف حسابك نهائيًا من الملف الشخصي ضمن الحساب والخصوصية؛ فيؤدي ذلك إلى حذف الحساب وبيانات اللياقة والروابط النشطة وملفات الملف الشخصي أو الوجبات المرتبطة به، باستثناء ما يجب الاحتفاظ به للوفاء بالتزام قانوني.

٦. الأمان واختياراتك

نستخدم ضوابط وصول واتصالًا مشفرًا وتخزينًا محميًا لبيانات الدخول. لا يوجد نظام آمن بالكامل، لذلك احمِ جهازك وبيانات تسجيل الدخول. يمكنك تعديل ملفك والتحكم في التذكيرات وحذف الحساب من التطبيق.

يمكنك سحب موافقتك على المعالجة بالذكاء الاصطناعي في أي وقت من الملف الشخصي ← الحساب والخصوصية ← المعالجة بالذكاء الاصطناعي. يظل التسجيل اليدوي متاحًا بدونها.

٧. الأطفال والتحديثات

FitLog غير مخصص للأطفال دون 13 عامًا. قد نحدّث هذه السياسة مع تطور الخدمة وسنحدّث تاريخ السريان عند ذلك.
